What a listing is, what a price means, and what happens if something turns out to be wrong.
Every car is described from our own inspection and photographed as it stands. We correct anything found to be inaccurate as soon as we know, but specification details supplied by a manufacturer or a previous owner are passed on in good faith rather than warranted.
The advertised figure is the vehicle price and includes our documentation. Taxes, registration and transport are quoted separately and shown before you commit. Stock moves; a listing being live is not a guarantee the car is still unsold.
Holding a car keeps it off the site while paperwork is prepared, and whatever you put down is applied to the purchase price. If we cannot complete the sale for a reason on our side, it is refunded in full.
Transport is arranged with insured carriers and covered door to door by the carrier's cargo policy. Risk passes on delivery, once the vehicle has been accepted and the delivery sheet signed.
Our money-back guarantee runs for 14 days from delivery or 250 miles, whichever comes first, and is set out in full on the guarantee page. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
